Krista Mateffy
No one would have anticipated this small-town girl from Beaverdale, Iowa finding her way to bustling Twin Cities! In elementary school, you could find Krista splitting her time between flexing her tiny tomboy muscles outdoors and putting on fabulous fashion shows with her sister, cousins, and neighbors (or any other willing participant). Thus, her love for makeup and all things beauty was born!
From the age of 16, Krista followed her passion as a makeup artist for weddings, senior pictures, boudoir shoots, album shoots, and musical performances until most recently pursuing cosmetic tattooing.
Krista believes that every step of the transformation must be handled with intentional care. What you see in the mirror can have a profound influence on how you feel about yourself and, ultimately, others around you.
